Billy Flowers, DC is a Portland, Oregon native and has been serving patients in the Irvington and the Metro Portland area for over 28 years. In fact, as of June 1, 2014 Dr. Flowers' practice celebrated its 29th anniversary.
Dr Flowers is a 1969 graduate of Grant High School and was a standout athlete lettering in Varsity Basketball and contributing to the 1969 Grant HS Basketball State championship his senior year.
He is a 1974 graduate of Washington State University earning a Bachelor of Arts. While at WSU he played on the Varsity Basketball team and participated in Student Council, BSU Karate Club, Performing Arts, Research Team Member – “History of Blacks in the Pacific Northwest project”, Foreign Languages. He then attended Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA earning a Masters of Education in 1975. For the next seven years he would devote his efforts to business as a broker in a real estate development company.
In 1985 he graduated from Western States Chiropractic College earning a Doctorate of Chiropractic and as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Examiners
Dr. Flowers is an avid golfer who loves to travel. His passion for golf and travel has taken him to some of the nation's most scenic and challenging golf courses. He has traveled to West Africa five times for personal edification and to pursue the study of traditional African medicine. His other hobbies include: Karate, music, travel, foreign language, scuba diving, French and indigenous African languages, and collecting museum quality African art. He is married to Evelyn and has five children.
